It’s good to know that our great Mufti of Perak, Harussani Zakaria knows who not to annoy. He certainly annoyed the Malaysian Muslims when he spoke out against football jerseys which could ‘merosakkan akidah’. Now he says that it’s only advice, its not an actual ‘religious ban’. The Mufti is more of a politician than the UMNO racists!
Take a look at this:

if it is an advice only why made it sound like law in the first place?
clear proof of someone not having the right foundation in making a statement and has to retrack it
just like a doctor who first firmly told a patient that there is a possibility of yist infection, then retrack after realising that male patients can’t possibly have it

this ulama-wannabe has no bolas to speak of. He learned well from his bosses to flip-flop in his decision. And then either sidetracked or blame the media for misquoting him! hahahah!
He should have stuck to this MU Red Devil thingy and be a Man!
